◆IF you have submitted a paper and would like to register the paper, please follow the steps:
 
Login Paper Submission System and submit your final paper, after you received the acceptance notification letter.
 
Then you can process the registration procedure, please click "Prepare Registration Materials" listed on the left side of this website for detail.

◆IF you don’t submit paper just would like to register conference as listener, please follow the next step:

Login Paper Submission System, then click "Listener Registration" button to process the registration procedure, please be sure, you shouldn't click "submit new paper".

Registration fee:

Notics:
1. For Regular Author (non-student) and IEEE Member:
Each paid registration covers two papers; you can pay Additional Paper Fee for two more papers.
非学生一般作者和IEEE会员的一笔注册费用最多含两篇文章的出版，如果您有多于两篇文章，其他文章可按照Additional Paper价格注册。
2. One registration allow only one participant, other co-authors can register as the listener.
一笔注册费用包含一位参会人员，文章其他作者可以注册听众参会。
3. One registration get only one proceedings.
一笔注册费用包含一套会议资料，如需多套，需额外购买。
4. Registration fee includes:  one copy of the proceedings; conference accessories; banquet/coffee breaks/Lunch/Dinner. The accommodation fee is not included in the conference fee.
注册费用包括：参会资格、会议资料、会期用餐、茶歇。不包含住宿费，住宿费需参会作者自理。

对于中国大陆作者，请从“以下银行电汇（个人、对公）或者支付宝付款（在线支付）”中任选一种方式支付注册费用

For author from foreign countries, please choose paypal to pay your registration fee, the account is hit@vip.163.com

Please register your paper on paper submission system no matter you register as early bird or on-site, or your paper won't be edited in conference proceedings without registration process.
