ICEICT会议召开在即，会议期间请各位参会老师配合防疫工作要求，做到以下几点：

1. 配合测温、扫码

2. 务必佩戴戴口罩

3. 会场尽量减少公共用品的使用，建议参会人员自带杯具，会议提供瓶装矿泉水，不提供茶水杯，会议服务人员提供开水。

4. 参会人员保持社交距离

Time session for invited talk is 25 minutes and for paper is 10 minutes, 2 minutes for Q&A.

11月15日下午15:30分，会议组织参观深圳大学校史馆。参加的老师，请于圣淘沙酒店（翡翠店）一楼大厅集合。请点此下载文件，按照步骤提前完成深圳大学校访客入校申请注册。

Ten excellent papers will be selected, including 5 best papers and 5 student papers.

The best student paper should meet the following conditions at the same time:
 
1) Paper was written and  made oral presentation by student, and has already signed up for the best paper competition. 

2) The quality of the paper is high, and paper processes the enough innovation or contribution (each item of "general assessment" is excellent, and each item of "items of manuscripts" is enough in review comments).

3) The final award is discussed and approved by the Award Committee.
