ICEICT 2021 will be Fully Virtual.

2021 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Technology (ICEICT) will be held in Xi'an, China on August 18-20, 2021.

ICEICT 2021 is sponsored by Xi'an Jiaotong University and IEEE Harbin Section. It is also supported by IEEE Harbin AP/MTT/EMC Joint Chapter and other research institutes and universities.

It is the fourth forum to provide a platform for bringing together researchers, practitioners, and academia to present and discuss ideas, challenges and potential solutions on established or emerging topics related to research and practice in antennas, information technology and communication systems.

The first forum ICEICT was successfully inaugurated by Harbin Institute of Technology in Harbin in 2016. All accepted papers of ICEICT 2016 have been indexed by EI Compendex. The second forum ICEICT was successfully inaugurated by Harbin Engineering University in Harbin in 2019. All accepted papers of ICEICT 2019 have been indexed by EI Compendex. The third forum ICEICT was successfully inaugurated by Shenzhen University in November in 2020. All accepted papers of ICEICT 2020 have been indexed by EI Compendex.

The proceedings of ICEICT 2021 that meet IEEE quality review standards will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital after the review taken by IEEE conference publication group and then submitted to EI Compendex index.
