Presentations Guidelines

INFORMATION FOR ORAL PRESENTERS
• Presenters must meet their session chairs in their session rooms at least 15 minutes before their sessions begin.
• Each session room will have a computer and an LCD projector, which are the only permissible projection systems.
• Presenters must use the session's computer for their presentations, and the presentation file must be loaded in advance.
• Presenters are encouraged to test their presentations in advance to check for any issues with format, special symbols, length, and animations.
• All oral presentations, except for invited talks, are limited to 15 minutes, including questions and discussions.
• Failure to comply with this instruction may result in reduced presentation time.
• Session Chairs will remind presenters when there are only 5 minutes remaining for each presentation.

INFORMATION FOR POSTER SESSION PRESENTATIONS
• Presenters must submit their papers 10 minutes before their sessions begin.
• Normal poster presentations will last approximately 20 minutes.
• During this time, the presenter must be present at their display board to answer questions and have informal discussions about the poster content.
• The poster display must include a statement of the topic, research/project objectives, methodology used, major findings/outcomes and their significance, and conclusions.
• The poster should have a logical sequence, including an introduction, development, and conclusion.
• A heading, including the poster title, all author names, and institutional affiliations, should be prepared.
• The recommended size for the poster is 1.2 meters in height and 0.8 meters in width.
• The conference committee will provide pins or tapes for mounting the posters on the display boards.
• All materials to be displayed should be prepared in advance, as supplies will not be available at the conference site.
