Presentations Guidelines
INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
In this year, ICEICT 2026 is going to follow a single-track format of “oral presentation with poster” where invited guest talks in invited sessions are alternated with open poster sessions collocated with exhibitors. With no other parallel activity, poster presenters gain maximum exposure to showcase their work and often comment on how valuable their experiences have been.
• Presenters must prepare their poster papers on site 10 minutes before their sessions begin.
• During the presentation time, the presenter must be present at their display board to have discussions about the poster content and answer Session Chairs’ questions as well as questions from others.
• The poster display must include a statement of the topic, research/project objectives, methodology used, major findings/outcomes and their significance, and conclusions.
• The poster should have a logical sequence, including an introduction, development, and conclusion.
• A heading, including the poster title, all author names, and institutional affiliations, should be prepared.
• The recommended size for the poster is 1.2 meters in height and 0.8 meters in width.
• The conference committee will provide pins or tapes for mounting the posters on the display boards.
• All materials to be displayed should be prepared in advance by author himself/herself.
• It is recommended the presenters should prepare extra printed materials (A4 size) on hand or materials displayed on their own laptop/tablet to show more details of their work.
• The oral presentation certificate can be provided on request via hit@vip.163.com after the conference.
