2026 IEEE 9th International Conference on Electronic Information and Communication Technology (ICEICT 2026) will be held in Foshan, China on November 20-23, 2026.
ICEICT 2026 is sponsored by Foshan University and IEEE Harbin Section. It is also supported by IEEE Harbin AP/MTT/EMC Joint Chapter and Anhui University.
It is the ninth forum to provide a platform for bringing together researchers, practitioners, and academia to present and discuss ideas, challenges and potential solutions on established or emerging topics related to research and practice in antennas, information technology and communication systems.
The ICEICT conferences have been successfully held for eight times since 2016. They were held by Harbin Institute of Technology in Harbin in 2016, Harbin Engineering University in Harbin in 2019, Shenzhen University in Shenzhen in 2020, Xi'an Jiaotong University in August in 2021, Anhui University in August in 2022, Qingdao University in Qingdao in 2023, Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi’an in 2024 and Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) in Weihai in 2025 respectively. All accepted papers of the ICEICT have been indexed by EI Compendex and published in IEEE Xplore, respectively.
In this year, ICEICT 2026 is going to follow a single-track format where invited guest talks in invited sessions are alternated with open poster sessions collocated with exhibitors. With no other parallel activity, poster presenters gain maximum exposure to showcase their work and often comment on how valuable their experiences have been.

Special Sessions
Besides the regular sessions, special sessions will be organized in the conference. Please submit proposals for special session topics by no later than Oct. 15, 2026, by emailing them to: shaoqiang@fosu.edu.cn.

Young Scientist Awards
ICEICT 2026 Young Scientist Awards: A limited number of awards will be presented for young scientists to attend the ICEICT 2026 Conference. Candidates must be no more than 35 years old on Oct. 1, 2026. Applications for the Young Scientists Awards are due on Oct. 30, 2026. Please send your application material, including your personal resume and submitted paper in ICEICT 2026 to crs@fosu.edu.cn.

Student Best Paper Award
ICEICT 2026 Student Best Paper Award: This award recognizes outstanding papers with student as the primary author. Eligible participants need to select the corresponding award competition category in the submission system when submitting manuscripts.
Industrial Application Award
ICEICT 2026 Industrial Application Award: This award highlights high-quality papers featuring practical industrial value and engineering implementation. It is recommended research work that has resulted in industrial applications or holds strong potential for industrial translation can be submitted to this category. Eligible participants need to select the corresponding award competition category in the submission system when submitting manuscripts.
